Značka: Macelleria Zivieri

Formát : 600g

In 2103 Zivieri began the “Game Project,” with which it aims to produce and publicize meat from less common animals that are hunted under selection or control

We talk, therefore, about animals left to grow in complete freedom, animals that feed naturally and whose meat thus manages to maintain important nutritional values: low fat, very little cholesterol and lots of protein and minerals.
